Cannot upload files/photos from Egynte on phone/tablet

Here are the troubleshooting steps for problems with the Egnyte mobile app on a phone or tablet:

  1. Try uploading to a different folder - e.g. your Private folder, this will help determine if the problem is to do with your rights in the folder
  2. Sign out and sign back in to the mobile app
  3. Delete the Egnyte app from your phone and reinstall it
    • if you have a company-provided phone/tablet managed by JustWorks we can do this for you.
