Here are the troubleshooting steps for problems with the Egnyte mobile app on a phone or tablet:
- Try uploading to a different folder - e.g. your Private folder, this will help determine if the problem is to do with your rights in the folder
- Sign out and sign back in to the mobile app
- Delete the Egnyte app from your phone and reinstall it
